Project Details

New plattform for the private equity club of university St. Gallen. Complete make-over, including a new memberarea where users are able to apply for events and workshops. Event organizers have an own access to respond to applications. Users from the previous platform have been successfully migrated.

Features:

• Login / Register / Password reset
• Membership-only access (with self-checkout)
• Apply for Events
• Add events to calendar (.ics generator)
• Find new Job opportunities and get exclusive informations
• Management of applications for event organizers
• Point-system for users who cancel their attendance to events with an accepted application

Setup:

• NuxtJS Frontend
• Stripe Integration for buying a membership on register
• MongoDB for user authentication
• Strapi as CMS for public pages and memberarea data (events, jobs, applications, user data, …)
• AWS S3 as File Storage
• ExpressJS Backend connected to MongoDB and StrapiCMS API
• Sendgrid for sending transactional emails (password reset, applications, …)
